Cancellation Policy

Terms of Agreement PAYMENT/FEES A non-refundable deposit of $350 is required to hold your date. When paying with installment plan, payments must be up to date at time of class or admittance will not be allowed As consideration for any purchase, you make on the Websites, you shall pay DESHAWN HATCHER all applicable fees and taxes. We (or our third-party payment processor) shall authorize your credit card, bank account, or other approved payment facility you provided during the registration process for the full payment of the fees and any applicable taxes, and you hereby consent to the same. If the mailing address you provided us is in the United States, all payments will be charged and made in U.S. dollars. If the mailing address you provided us is outside the United States or any of its possessions or territories, all payments will be charged and made in your local currency. Non-Refundable CLAUSE. Buyer understands that once purchase price has been delivered and the securities issued, there is no rescission of this agreement, and no refund will be made. (please see cancellation clause) THE ONE MONTH CANCELLATIONS GRACE PERIOD CLAUSE for Paid in fill and INSTALLMENTS PLAN You have ONE MONTH for paid in full students to cancel. For installment student/payers you have before your first month’s payments are due to cancel. Understand, when you cancel either paid in full, or installment payers will NOT receive a reimbursement of the nonrefundable deposit. If you do not cancel within the first month of purchase, you will be charged for the full sum of the class. PAID IN FULL AND INSTALLMENT PLANS You hereby authorize DeShawn Hatcher to obtain or determine updated or replacement expiration dates for your credit card in the event that the credit card you provided us expires. We reserve the right to charge any renewal card issued to you to the same extent as the expired card. If payment is not received from your credit card issuer, you hereby agree to pay all amounts due upon demand. You agree to pay all costs of collection, including attorney’s fees and costs, on any outstanding balance. In certain instances, the issuer of your credit card may charge you a foreign transaction fee or related charges, which you will be responsible to pay. You are advised to check with your bank and credit card issuer for details. INJURY/LIABILITY/HOLD HARMLESS CLAUSE I will not hold DeShawn Hatcher, or The Lofts in Beacon liable for any injury or harm I may sustain while on the property. I will not hold them liable for any damages that maybe sustained to my vehicle. I will not hold DeShawn Hatcher liable for any injury I may cause to my model while working on my assignments YOUR KIT: You will have a clean sanitized kit. If your kit is not clean, you will be required to clean before start of class. That time will be deducted from the overall time of your session The Pandemic Clause/Government Shutdown- In the event of a pandemic or Government Shutdown DeShawn Hatcher will reschedule the class for when the government deems it is safe to go back to work. The classes are never cancelled and will go on with a rescheduled date at your convenience and DeShawn Hatchers schedule. You have one year from the date the government reopens to reschedule. Anything after the one year you will relinquish your training and will have to rebook and pay for a new class. • The session will be following NYS/Government Covid/medical guidelines. Please be sure to bring masks with you and proper PPE. Gloves, masks, hand sanitizers and face shields • Covid Test must be taken, and a positive outcome is needed to take this class (subject to state guidelines) MEALS You will be inside all day, with intermittent breaks. All meals will be provided and every opportunity to provide food with your diet will be considered. Any food allergies DeShawn Hatcher must be made aware of at the booking of your session. SMOKING This is a non-smoking building RESCHEDULE CLAUSE Once you have paid in full, you can reschedule the date you have selected once (1) time up to a year from original date of class. DeShawn must be notified 2 weeks in advance; the class will be rescheduled at the convenience of DeShawn Hatcher’s schedule. You will be billed for another model $150, for your session’s new date. Upon the scheduled agreement between DeShawn Hatcher and student, all fees must be paid in full before the student can take the class. INABILITY TO TRAVEL In case of your inability to travel, all payments are non-refundable, and an online truncated session can be scheduled at the convenience of DeShawn Hatcher. Note: The following equipment you must provide: a working computer with a camera, cell phone, tripod, and your own model, window access for natural lighting or you are responsible for additional lighting by you must be provided. You must have good internet access. Speed must be “good” or better. IYS will be performed in a truncated format due to your online presence. However, a class can be rescheduled (read reschedule clause) MODEL/ FEE/REBOOKING as soon as you are booked a model will be secured for you, if you cancel the model still must be paid by you. The model fee is non-refundable. A model fee of $150 will be charged. If DeShawn supplies your model, please note, your model can be any ethnicity or age. Please note: Increase Your Speed is not a beauty instructional class. TRANSFER CLAUSE Due to the nature of this class, this class is non-refundable. However, this class is transferable. Transferable means you are responsible to find a replacement to take your place, not DeShawn Hatcher. Payment must be exchanged between you and the agreed replacement, not with DeShawn Hatcher. Your replacement must contact DeShawn Hatcher immediately to either confirm class attendance or reschedule within 2 weeks of the scheduled session. Unless DeShawn Hatcher is notified and has approved, admittance will not be allowed to your replacement. * You have one year (from the date booked) to find a replacement. Please note new dates can be accommodated, but aren’t guaranteed due to scheduling. DeShawn will work with your replacement on a date negotiated. The replacement must also sign the terms of the agreement before they can be accepted. They must follow all the rules of the terms of the agreement. TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT In the event DeShawn Hatcher cannot perform the duties of the instructor , a replacement date will be issued at the student’s convenience If DeShawn Hatcher cannot complete the class, a full refund will be given to the student. DeShawn Hatcher reserves the right, in her sole discretion, to restrict, suspend, or terminate this Agreement at any time and for any reason without prior notice or liability Lateness Policy: All education provided by DeShawn Hatcher has set start and end times you agree upon signing the class. However, if you are late, the schedule will be adjusted, and you may not be receiving a full class. DeShawn will do all she can to provide you with maximum education but cannot guarantee a full class due to lateness No Guarantee of Success. It is impossible to provide any promise or guarantee about the outcome. . Nothing in this Agreement or any statements by DeShawn Hatcher constitute a promise or guarantee. If you do not practice your lessons there is no way you will master this training
